The Richdale Group, a national developer/owner/management company in the luxury Multi-family industry, is seeking an Experienced Revenue Manager to join our corporate team.  The Revenue Manager has responsibility for all aspects of Revenue Management for our entire portfolio of luxury apartment communities throughout the country. They will work closely with the leadership of the company and the specific geographical regions in analyzing price positioning in local market and comp set, and developing and implementing pricing and inventory strategies.
 
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Develop, execute, analyze and measure pricing strategies and channel production by property and region
Be able to communicate results and provide measured results to Company Partners
Create profitable price points for all offers for the Sales department and Marketing promotions
Influence the Regional Property Managers to effectively implement pricing and strategy changes
Create ad-hoc reporting or tools to identify opportunities
Provide specific, actionable information to Executives that allow the company to maximize revenue
Lead Operation’s initiatives to improve results that may trend negatively
Provide action items and measure results on a weekly basis
Forecast property revenues
Participate in the budget process
Manage additional projects as needed

Minimum Qualifications are:

Bachelors Degree
2-4 years with Multi-property experience preferred
Analytical - ability to review numbers and draw conclusion about past and future trends
Hotel Revenue Management - familiarity with terminology in the industry and department
Multi-tasking/Organization - ability to manage multiple activities in parallel with proper follow up on status.
 Managing across various management levels, time management and prioritization of tasks is important
Ownership - takes the lead to track down and resolve issues, knows when to escalate when issues are outside their control to address. Is able to operate efficiently with minimal direct supervision.
IT - needs to be comfortable with computer systems and electronic distribution channels.
